Frustrated because the stylist did not adjust to what we asked. The wrong size guard was used in the clippers even after me asking her to check them. They were never changed. This is the first negative experience we’ve had at Cookie Cutters however with new places popping up I may consider looking elsewhere in the future for my boys.
