SUMMER WAS OUR BARBER, SHE WAS AMAZING. SHE DID A GREAT JOB. ON THE OTHER HAND, I WAS UPSET WITH THE RECEPTIONIST, I USUALLY BRING MY SON TO GET HIS HAIR CUT AND BRING SOME COINS TO GET HIM SOME CANDY FROM THE QUATER MACHINE. UNFORTUNATLY I FORGET THE CASH AT THE HOUSE, SO I ASKED HER TO GIVE ME $1 WORTH OF QUARTER THEN TAKE IT OUT OF MY CARD BUT SHE REFUSED. WE BRING OUR KIDS THERE TO MAKE THEM HAPPY AND I WAS UPSET SINCE HE WAS CRYING. I DON'T WANT TO TEACH PEOPLE LESSONS BUT IF IT WAS ME AND SOMEBODY ASKED ME FOR A QUARTER FOR HIS SON I WOULD GIVE THEM MORE. SO YOU GUYS EITHER HAVE TO HAVE A CASH BACK OPTION OR JUST TAKE THAT MACHINE AWAY! SORRY FOR THE LONG REVIEW

Unfortunately our normal person who gives our son haircuts was not available. We chose to go with Tracy, as her description stated she had 10+ years of experience cutting hair. Unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Our son has a very hard time with haircuts, and she was not patient, and it was clear that she was easily annoyed with his behavior and wasn't as tolerable as Megan. We will not be using Tracy again, and will definitely be going back to Megan next time.

It was a decent experience I guess. I was excited because it was my daughters first hair cut after almost five years old. I really wish I would have just went somewhere else. To the employees it’s obviously no big deal because they do this all day long but to me I was just rubbed the wrong way from the moment that I walked in the door. I arrived on time to my appointment. A woman who came in after me started complaining about the wait being past our appointment times. I was fine with waiting but they let this woman’s child go before my daughter who was scheduled first. I immediately felt like this was done to avoid her complaining anymore which is when I first started regretting my decision to come there. Then the woman who comes to cut my daughters hair never even introduced herself to me or my daughter who was nervous about her first hair cut. So to us the entire time it was just some stranger and an awkward experience as she didn’t even converse with us the entire time besides to ask how much hair to cut off. Then when I went to check out I swipe my card waiting for the girl at the front desk to say something along the lines of my payment went through thanks for coming in have a good day but she said nothing so I stood there for about a minute waiting to get her attention back from whoever she was talking to. I finally asked if I was good to go and she said well so you want a receipt and I stated i didn’t. Then she turned away and didn’t say another word to me and we left. I honestly the entire time i was there felt like a burden for even being my daughter in to get a hair cut. It’s been bothering me so much I have even told my friends and husband about it. Overall I am a very understanding customer and laid back but this entire experience rubbed me the wrong way and It will be my first and last time ever going there.

Last time we had a great experience and Jamie was amazing. This time will Be our last. Appt started almost 15-20 late. There were only two people working - have no idea what her name was - long blonde hair, thicker woman. She was nice enough, but did a horrible job with the back and sides of my child’s hair. It’s so uneven where she used clippers - there are some pieces that are still long throughout his head, the top is uneven as well. She completely rushed through this and my child has pictures tomorrow. We will not be back. It’s just a cut to you- not so much for the parent.
