We did not have stylist we made appointment with which stinks but not the biggest issue. The stylist Misty was aggressive, held his head down with force and used clippers without permission. This ruined the experience for my child who already is sensitive to haircuts. He has sensory issues with his hair and the stylist was not responsive to his issue. Very frustrating and I am not ok with the level of physicality she had. We came to Cookie cutters in hopes it would be a better experience which it was the first time. Even my 10 year old daughter made the comment asking why she was so “forceful”

Took my 2 year old for a haircut. Asked him to be cleaned up that I wanted to keep his curls and not take too much off but the stylist didnt listen , took off more hair than I requested and he left with no curls.

I’m really unhappy with her cut. I asked for an inch off and she cut so much off she had to shave some. The back of Jillian’s head looks like a boy with a stacked haircut. Completely not what I asked for, very disappointed. I don’t know that we’ll come back. It’s going to take a long time to grow back in and look like a girl again.

I've gone many times and my kids have gotten good haircuts. Today, there was a new stylist that did a terrible job on both my kids. Absolutely terrible. She also had a tremor in her hands, which I don't think is appropriate for cutting little kids hair as it's dangerous. I finally gave up and just let her finish the cuts with them looking so bad we are going to another place to get them fixed. I know we could come back and get them redone there, but the whole thing makes me feel uncomfortable. I do not know the woman's name, but she worked today, 10/7, at 3:30pm and it wasn't Dani, it was the other stylist. Dani does a good job.
