Outstanding salon and personable staff & owner. I always leave feeling like a queen. Patricia’s expertise in delivering beautiful results is second to none. She oversees her staff and I can see how they admire her knowledge. She educates her staff and they have quickly developed skills. Just like any job, education and keeping updated with new techniques yet infusing experience is a must. They have all theses traits.

Time management is still a problem. I arrived well ahead of my appointment time yet I sat for 45minutes past my appointment time before I was shampooed. Hair services are great but not at the expense of being served in a timely manner. Chatting is nice but not if you can’t keep working while you talk.
