Because my hair is so weird (fine) and I am a guy who needs to keep it "businessman" short, I have been getting marginal to bad haircuts all my life. I usually end up with scissor marks or tufts of hair that stick straight out the day after it's cut. Patricia at Trinity Hill saw and explained exactly what the issue was and described how my hair needed to be cut the first time she saw it. That was 13 years ago. I've had to get it cut elsewhere a few times due to travel or other events, and every time I ended up with the "day after" issues. Besides the haircut, I am amazed that Patricia (or anyone) can be so positive and upbeat 100% of time. In the 13 years I have know her I am sure she has had some very bad days like everyone but I can't tell you which ones they were because she is always positive and professional. One last thing I will comment on that I observed over the years is Patricia's apparent focus on training. I notice two to three times a year that she travel's to New York or California or somewhere to attend some intensive training class or seminar. I have never died my hair but that seems to be where she stands out just from what I have overheard. I'll close with saying her new shop is a class act.
