When I called to see if there were any appointments, I was informed that the morning was wide open. I made an appointment for 11:30 but did not see a stylist until after 12pm. When we arrived at 11:25, one of the stylists said, “Great! You’re checked in “. This is very unprofessional to accept appointments and make your client wait. I am unaware if the clients that were being helped ahead of us had an appointment or just walk ins. On a good note, our stylist “Tina” was curtious and professional.

We go here all the time to get my sons hair cut. Most of the time you guys do great. My daughter Wants her hair cut here as well even though she really doesn’t need it done. I was pretty disappointed that her 7 min very tiny hair cut was $20. You really need a trim price because she honestly didn’t sit in the car for longer then 7 mins. For my son, I understand $20 because it took longer and needed more skill. But for a quick little trim just so she can sit in the car $20 is too much.

Having only one staff to cut hair, answer the phone, check in people,clean, take walk-ins AND scheduled appointments? Not very professional for the prices you charge. Good thing your staff today handles a stressful work environment well...

My child was really relaxed and pretty confident getting his first haircut. He is 7 months old, and new to the whole experience. Your staff did pretty well at making this a positive first haircut!
