There was only one person working today. It was so busy, there were many people who walked out. And the poor women who was by herself could never stop to take a break. There is no reason someone should have to cover the store alone.

Hello thank you for taking the time to give us feedback! We really are trying to add more staff. Unfortunately there is an overall shortage in the hair industry, as a whole and most stylists do not like doing kids hair as it is extremely hard. We pay top dollar to all of our stylists for this reason but we still end up with some gaps in our staffing. We highly recommend clients book ahead to avoid having to wait as we always make our appointments a priority and then fit walk ins on a first come, first serve availability. We have also offered one years worth of free haircuts to any of our clients who help us find any stylists to come work for Cookie Cutters!

We love Amanda. I was mistaken on my sons appointment time, and we showed up an hour early. Amanda squeezed us in so we didn’t have to come back. She’s always so patient with our ticklish toddler and is so sweet and patient with him! We always look forward to our visits!

Stephanie did a great job keeping my son happy through his first haircut, not easy I'm sure as he hates even having his hair combed! She was very respectful about asking if TV was ok during the cut and a sucker after and did a great job styling while he looked all around. Will definitely be back.

Our stylist has done my son's hair 3 times now and has always done a great job and exactly what I wanted. She is also great with kids.
