Carrie was awesome! I could not be happier with my experience with her and the services she provided my son. The ability she has to keep kids happy when they are going through something that they are not happy with is unmatched. However, Ashley was extremely rude on the phone made a sarcastic remark and hung up on me call lasted 5 seconds at most. She is a very poor representation of how good this company is. I am glad I still showed up for our appointment after that experience. Every interaction is the opportunity to earn someone’s business for the foreseeable future Carrie earned my business Ashley deterred it.

It would have been nice to receive a notice of the increase in haircut cost prior to online booking. Also, my daughter was not offered a sucker, balloon, or other small extras she has come to known with her experience at Cookie Cutters. Overall, the stylist cut my daughter's hair as requested and did a nice job, finishing with a cute style. Guess that's what truly matters!

I really like bringing my son in for haircuts but even with a scheduled appointment I had to wait over 20 mins to get in the chair. Having only one staff member on at a time really doesn’t seem like a very good business decision. In the short time that I was there, several people walked in and were turned away because the stylist was booked up. You could be making more money with more staff members! Just my opinion :)

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I apologize for your wait today as we were supposed to have two stylists on but one called out due to illness last minute. This ended up backing up our one stylist. We also want to hire more stylists as well and are ALWAYS hiring. However, there is several factors making this harder then normal. First, lots of stylists do not want to cut kids hair on a regular basis. Even with us offering much higher then the average stylist wage for the state of Colorado, we still find it difficult getting stylists/barbers to try us out. Second, the nation as a whole is seeing a drastic decline in the number of people getting their cosmetology/barbers licenses. The cost has become too expensive and the number of schools shutting down has been extravagant. Which in turn is causing a shortage of stylists to hire from. Finally, the state of Colorado is in a huge employment boom, meaning everyone is competing for people to work. You can make $15/hr to flip a hamburger. So lots of stylists are now leaving the industry altogether to find employment in other industries. With all of that said we are trying every avenue we can think of to hire in talented stylists/barbers. We are even offering a years worth of FREE KidsCuts (for 1 child) to any client who helps to bring us a stylist/barber. So if you have any family, friends or acquaintances that you know who are licensed, please send them our way and we will all benefit!

My daughter was upset she wasn't getting a haircut with her brother, so Tina took a couple of minutes at the end to braid her hair and put a ribbon in it. It made her day, thank you so much for taking the time!

My child was really relaxed and pretty confident getting his first haircut. He is 7 months old, and new to the whole experience. Your staff did pretty well at making this a positive first haircut!
