It was very busy. We had appointments but there were several walk ins. With only two employees working there was no one to greet customers or take money and it seemed awkward and rude.

I always take my son and I was always happy until today 🥺 The lady that cut his hair did all wrong , and I had to come back to fix it , Maybe she was in a hurry but I did not like it how she did it.

Our stylist today knew it was our foster son's first ever time in a salon, and pushed his head around instead of asking him to move it. She did not stop of change techniques when he said ow, multiple times. His hair also did not reflect what we'd asked for. The ladies with out other 2 kids were amazing, or I'd leave a worse rating.
