I normally love taking my son here and do on a monthly basis. Today was not the same. New stylist maybe even new owner and instead of giving great customer service were to busy gossiping about other employees. The stylist also took it upon herself to change up my sons haircut without consulting me first. So disappointed in the experience today Thai I will be going else where in the future. I hope the new owner can start to emphasize customer service with her new employees. This was at the Loveland location.

I have a prepaid card that I've been using but the past few times I have taken my son to get his hair cut, we always get home and find a bunch of spots that were missed in the process, around his ears, his neck, around his forehead, and inconsistent spots all over the rest of his head. I am only using up the rest of the prepaid card, and then I will be doing his hair myself, as he sits very still and I feel I can do a better job at home and not rush through it.

One of your employees, Sarah, had given me a coupon/card for $4 off a haircut in July. It expired the last day of August so I booked my son's next haircut for August 30th. I had the coupon/card in my purse for over a month and unfortunately, it must have fallen out because it was no where to be found the day of our appointment. The girl who cut my son's hair this time was hesitant to just take $4 off. She called her manager and they agreed to give me just $2 off. That may not seem like much but when you're a single parent who is struggling financially, every penny counts. Seems ridiculous that a company that charges so much for a single child's haircut can't just honor a customer's word and take $4 off. I would have waited longer for his next haircut if I hadn't of been given that coupon/card. And I'm not sure I will return. It's the principal of the matter. My son never even gets much hair cut and he doesn't get it styled. $21 + too is way too much to charge for buzzing a boy's head. We come for the experience. But not sure we will anymore.

I used to love coming here but the last two times I’ve come my sons haircut look terrible. It isn’t even, not being trimmed around the ears and not trimming the front. Very disappointed. I’m not sure why they replaced all the staff, the ones before were great and seemed to know what they were doing.

My daughter's hair has an uneven wave across the bottom and I had to trim the left side as it was longer than the rest. I put 0 as professional advice, I wish there was an N/A for that question. $18 is a lot for a child's basic haircut.

Been coming here for years. $20+ for a toddler haircut is expensive but when the stylist spends less than 10 minutes doing said haircut, that's a rip off. Quality has gone down while prices have gone up. We will not be returning.
