I used to love coming here but the last two times I’ve come my sons haircut look terrible. It isn’t even, not being trimmed around the ears and not trimming the front. Very disappointed. I’m not sure why they replaced all the staff, the ones before were great and seemed to know what they were doing.

I was scared when Amanda left that no one was going to be able to cut Chase's hair. I am so happy to say that I was wrong. The woman who cut Chase's hair yesterday went above and beyond, showing him such great kindness and letting things go at his pace. She showed him all the tools she used to help make him feel more at ease. Plus, to top it off, she did a great job on his hair cut. I am so thankful for Cookie Cutters and their amazing staff for being able to provide a pleasant experience for my son.

My daughter has only had her haircut once before at another salon, however cookie cutters was far better she got to watch her favorite cartoons and sit in the car she chose the staff were so helpful and recommended things I could try so doing my daughters hair wouldnt always be stressful. I'm so glad I decided to try cookie cutters we will definitely continue to go there for future haircuts.
