There was only one stylist at the time we visited (4:15 on Sunday). The service wasn't bad, it just seemed counter productive to only have one stylist. It felt like a lot that things were loading up on her. The gal working the desk was very nice. There seemed to be a few transactions that had her stumped so then the stylist had to also help out. I left feeling like it took a lot longer than it should have. Happy with the cut and price and activities for kids though.
