First, the person that cut my child's hair was very nice and attentive. On the other hand, the person that appeared to be acting as "Manager" was down right LAZY! There were 3 customers in the store and she spoke of how "busy" they were over and over again. (no one cares!!). She had just finished one customer and her co-worker had finished another. That left one customer, us - we were a walk-in. While we then waited another 10 minutes while no one was being seen, she told 3 customers that had walked in that their were no appointments and that there would be a 45 minute wait! All three left without being seen. After another 5-10 minutes, she asked her co-worker to see us which she happily did. Her co-worker saw 4 customers to her one! My Granddaughter's haircut took all of 10 minutes! To top things off, as I approached the desk to pay the "Manager" quickly closed her facebook page and put her cell phone away @#$% It was apparent that the she was only interested in the customers that had made appointments and had no desire to service any walk-ins no matter how much free time she had. Given the little time and effort that is given to cutting hair, twice that amount of customers could have been serviced in the time that I sat there unattended. Very, very poor customer service. I understand that they are working with children all day and that it can be daunting however it is important to have a professional attitude no matter what. Additionally, the so called "manager" or just a bossy co-worker could use a clothing and hair makeover of her own. Very sloppy and generally looked unkept and unprofessional. By the way, no one is interested in how busy you are at work! You are not busy, you are LAZY! Get happy or get gone!
