Our stylist today knew it was our foster son's first ever time in a salon, and pushed his head around instead of asking him to move it. She did not stop of change techniques when he said ow, multiple times. His hair also did not reflect what we'd asked for. The ladies with out other 2 kids were amazing, or I'd leave a worse rating.
