This salon has gone down hill in a very bad way.. when they say do not be late that means arrive 5 minutes early because of you call in 1 minute past what their clock states... they have already called their next “friend” customer to come in early. They also do not respond to requests to discuss concerns. I have gone to this salon since it opened and have never been treated as rudely as I was last week. The new employee working that day has absolutely no customer service skills.
