I was slightly unsatisfied. My daughter's hair was wild and I needed a haircut that would keep her hair out of the way. She is young but this is a place for little ones. The lady tried for like 5 minutes, trimmed a little off, and then was done but I was still charged $15 for just a little trim.

Absolutely not worth the money. I could have done the trim and bang cut myself, and wish I would have. Won't be back.

The lady. I believe Joe, seemed to be very out of it. She kept reaching for things and missing. My son has never been upset while getting a hair cut. She nicked his ear and he started crying. She didn’t even acknowledge she did it. The hair cut was not good either. I had to come home and fix many many long hairs that were sticking out all over the place. We will be finding a different place to get his hair cut moving forward.

I was not happy with my daughters bangs. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want them to be bluntly cut and to point cut them more. She wouldn't listen to anything I had to say the entire time. I told her to leave the sides alone, and she cut them anyways. I told her to just cut the front and back. I wanted her bangs to be wispy not a straight line. Very disappointed.

Second time we came in and got Shannon. Not pleased with the service at all. She seems like she just wants you out of there. Won’t be coming back for sure

I was already pretty concerned about going into a salon during the pandemic, so I did appreciate that there was only a couple people inside but the staff was not friendly, didn't ask me my name, and when my child was nervous, her reaction/how she spoke to him just wasn't my preference. We won't be going back. I was pretty disappointed, as we had been referred by a friend. It was my son's first haircut, and it was a little upsetting that it wasn't a better experience.
