There was only one stylist in, she was not very friendly or observant. I will not use her as a stylist for my daughter again.

The stylist did not listen to anything I wanted and then when she did cut bangs like I asked she cut way too short and did not ask on length before cutting. I was very unhappy and if I do visit the salon I will not be seeing this stylist.

I arrived with my hair up and put it back that way when I left. My hair looks nothing like what I asked, but wasn't comfortable asking them to fix it. This seemed ready for us to leave as soon as we arrived.

Literally 2 cuts with scissors, my daughter said she loves it. Stylist never ask me. It looks horrible, the appointment was for a shampoo and cut, stylist said look there I saved you money. I was not happy, will never take her back!!!

I told the hairdresser that my daughter wanted just a tiny bit off. When my daughter came back, she had at least 3 inches cut off of her hair and she was in tears. I’m very disappointed and we won’t be back.

My son’s dad brought him in for a haircut yesterday and they did not have a pleasant experience. My son had his first cut here with Shannon and she was lovely. This time, they booked with Crystal. She was not very nice and proceeded to tell my sons dad how he should cut my sons curly hair short so people don’t think he looks like a girl. She wasn’t patient with my son, and seemed aggravated that he was moving too much which I think is kind of rude considering how she works with kids all day and this is only his second time getting a haircut. I understand giving recommendations of course about how hair should be cut as that’s your guys job, but as parents you guys should also listen to our words and not try to make a us feel a certain way because we want our kids hair done a certain way. Thank you for your time, but next time we will stick with Shannon!
