We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

Facility and staff were very nice. The, only problem is that I paid to much for this haircut, to be unsatisfied. I asked for a trim, not a bob for my daughters hair.

Was upset we didn't get who we reserved time with. Don't feel like our sons hair was done correctly. Had some new stylist who had zero clue what she was doing. I hope next time we get who we received time with.

Stylist seemed upset to be there. Made comments about my 1 year old moving around. That's why I bring him here because I thought the stylists were trained on how to handle these situations and engage the child. This Stylist didn't seem to be. I had to ask her to go back and redo the cut because I had asked for short in the back longer in the front and the initial cut was the complete opposite. I prefer this salon over other kids salons in town. However it seems that new staff members are not up to par with the quality of service we used to receive here.

I would like to suggest you evaluate having more than two stylist working on a Saturday. It is always terribly busy and I feel you do not enough stylist. Our wait is always long and the stylists are always in a hurry. They don’t really listen to what we want they just try to get a cut done as fast as possible so they can get to the next kid.

Thank you for your suggestion. We normally, always have 3 stylists on Saturdays. This past Saturday one of our stylists, who was supposed to work, had a sick child & was not able to come in. I am sorry that you felt we did not listen to you, that is certainly not our intention. and I am sorry that your wait was long, we do offer appointments. We will absolutely work on listening better!

Our first visit was wonderful and the lady we had was so sweet.... but unfortunately that lady was gone and we had to use someone else. This lady was rude and cold for what was already an emotional moment. I won't be using her again.
