We strive to provide a caring environment where we put both the child and the parent at ease. Our stylists are skilled in cutting hair for all children, and provide that extra special touch for those with special needs. Not all children like to get their haircut, we are aware of this struggle and do all we can to make the experience one that they will want to have again.

Please increase the grace period for appointments to 10 minutes. With children it is hard to be on time anywhere. I was given a lecture when I arrived 6 minutes late and my appointment was given away. Luckily after I explained why the receptionist was willing to make an exception.

Shannon is wonderful. She has cut Bryce’s hair for a while now and she is so patient and gentle. He is autistic and non-verbal so it can be a challenge!!!!! We never feel rushed and she always talks so sweetly to our little boy. The best ever in my humbled opinion ❤️❤️❤️

I went in today to get my son a haircut. He is 3 and is still very unsure about getting his hair cut. The last time we came in the stylist worked very well with him and I was impressed with how she handled him. So this time I made sure to schedule with the same stylist. I went to to check in and the receptionist had just checked in another boy with the same name but didn't bother checking his last name. So she checked in the other boy with the stylist that I had scheduled with and just handed me off to someone else. Seemed like it really wasn't a big deal to her. The stylist we ended up with did a decent job. But I scheduled specifically with someone else because I wanted my son to feel comfortable. Then she just acted like it wasn't a big deal.
