I was not happy with my daughters bangs. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want them to be bluntly cut and to point cut them more. She wouldn't listen to anything I had to say the entire time. I told her to leave the sides alone, and she cut them anyways. I told her to just cut the front and back. I wanted her bangs to be wispy not a straight line. Very disappointed.

The lady. I believe Joe, seemed to be very out of it. She kept reaching for things and missing. My son has never been upset while getting a hair cut. She nicked his ear and he started crying. She didn’t even acknowledge she did it. The hair cut was not good either. I had to come home and fix many many long hairs that were sticking out all over the place. We will be finding a different place to get his hair cut moving forward.

Absolutely not worth the money. I could have done the trim and bang cut myself, and wish I would have. Won't be back.

I was slightly unsatisfied. My daughter's hair was wild and I needed a haircut that would keep her hair out of the way. She is young but this is a place for little ones. The lady tried for like 5 minutes, trimmed a little off, and then was done but I was still charged $15 for just a little trim.

My son’s dad brought him in for a haircut yesterday and they did not have a pleasant experience. My son had his first cut here with Shannon and she was lovely. This time, they booked with Crystal. She was not very nice and proceeded to tell my sons dad how he should cut my sons curly hair short so people don’t think he looks like a girl. She wasn’t patient with my son, and seemed aggravated that he was moving too much which I think is kind of rude considering how she works with kids all day and this is only his second time getting a haircut. I understand giving recommendations of course about how hair should be cut as that’s your guys job, but as parents you guys should also listen to our words and not try to make a us feel a certain way because we want our kids hair done a certain way. Thank you for your time, but next time we will stick with Shannon!

I told the hairdresser that my daughter wanted just a tiny bit off. When my daughter came back, she had at least 3 inches cut off of her hair and she was in tears. I’m very disappointed and we won’t be back.
