At first, the woman who cut my son’s hair (Jillian) seemed very nice. It was my son’s very first haircut so my husband and I wanted to get a video of it. I asked her politely if she minded if I recorded the experience since I knew her face might partially be in it at times. She replied, “Yes of course I have no problem with it at all!” About a minute later her tone completely changed and she abruptly said, “Are you filming this whole time?” I replied, “Yes”. She then very rudely said, “No, I don’t want your camera in my face for 10 minutes, that’s not okay.” I was so taken aback since she literally just said she had no problem with it, then all of a sudden getting very rude and upset saying it wasn’t okay. This was my son’s very first haircut, I was recording MY son, not her. My phone was certainly NOT in her face at all, I was several feet away filming MY son. I was shocked and I quit filming. This definitely ruined our first experience of my son getting his hair cut. It ruined our video and know we will always have the memory of our very rude contradicting woman who cut my son’s hair. If she immediately would of told me it wasn’t okay I would’ve asked for someone else to cut my son’s hair. I didn’t do anything wrong and I didn’t deserve her attitude and tone. I even abided by her wishes but wish I hadn’t. This was a one time thing with my son and it is now a bad memory and I don’t have a video of it like we wanted. I will not be returning if this is how you treat your customers and will not recommend it to anyone else.
