I asked for a chin length bob. After the cut, before getting up, I pointed out that it was uneven. The stylist said that my daughter was tipping her head to the side, making it uneven. I feel like they should know better. Was I still charge for this? Yes.

Didn't blend well. looks good with gel in it but obviously it shouldn't look like this this without gel.

My daughter's hair looks cute, but for $21.95 I think we should have at least gotten the hair style I asked for. I specifically told the stylist that my daughter used to have an A-line bob and now she wants her hair to grow out. So I don't want the front to be longer than the back, like with an A-line. I showed her a picture with the front pieces cut shorter than the back for face framing. Instead of getting the front shorter, she pulled all the hair back and made it straight all the way across. She also added chunky layers to the back which doesn't look good. Unfortunately, towards the end, my younger child was starting to throw a tantrum so I had to step outside for a few minutes. But the time I got back, my daughter was already out of her chair with her balloon and hair styled into a cute braid with sparkles, and she was happy. While I really appreciate the effort the stylist put in to make her feel pretty, I am a bit upset that I paid so much to get the wrong style. Her front pieces are still longer than the back, and the back looks a little choppy. I can get similar hair cuts for a lot less elsewhere.

Again, the women there never listen to what I’m asking. Even when I show pictures. I specifically ask for the top not to be cut and yet she still cut the top. The only person I’m going to see from here on out is Weston.

We are loyal customers to cookie cutters. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not the quality and pleasant experience we have come to expect. We had to wait over 40 minutes, even though we arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. At the same time, others who walked in for an appointment were served immediately. In addition, the place was chaotic, with kids running around, even in the salon area and it was a mess. I would suggest that if you have a full schedule and are training a new stylist, you don't take walk-ins and give priority to your loyal customers. My son was assigned to the new stylist. She had been receiving constant supervision and help on the 2 haircuts before him. When it was his turn, no help was given and I had to ask her to fix several problems more than once. She still received no help or supervision. I didn't understand why so much attention was shown to other customers and my kids were not given that same level of care, even though we are regular customers. We will come back, hoping that this time was a fluke, but if this becomes the norm, we will go somewhere else.

Slide was taped off. First haircut and 0 time was spent making my kid feel comfortable, haircut was done through tears and screaming—granted stylist was very fast- but every minute was hectic. The masks do not help the situation. Couldn’t hear the stylist, didn’t make any suggestions on style or cut- and I didn’t know what I wanted because it was his first haircut. I was expecting a place with people being a little bit better with kids, maybe it was the masks that just made everything scary and bad for a first-timer, I don’t think I will be back.
