Great experience for first time. Only thing is the car my son sat in was very dirty. Old hair and dirt was caked everywhere in it.

It's annoying that my son's name was misspelled and mispronounced. His name is Abel. It's not a super difficult name. The salon was dirty. The wait time was outrageous even though we had an appointment.

Alexis did a great job on my little boys hair, my son has 2 cow licks in the front of his head, I asked Alexis what hair cut would help and she suggested the perfect cut for his hair, it turned out great!

We've come to this salon probably 5-6 times and this last experience was probably the best so far. It is a little more pricey than other salons and doesn't include a wash. They will braid girls' hair as part of the price if you would like. Wes does and AMAZING job with designs (add'l $5). But he is hard to get into unless you book way in advance. We have also had a couple times where they had to reschedule our advanced booking with him because he was actually off during that time. It seems communication is a little off or something. They also have a sign stating that if you book your next appointment today you will receive $2 off your next appointment. But they have never honored it for us. I'm sure they would if I brought it up but it seems trivial over $2. They should make a note in their appointment book stating the appointment has a $2 discount or something. Overall I don't hate the place and we will continue to come. They just need to work out a few kinks.

Cut the hair way too short after being told to keep it long, very upset given this was his first hair cut. Will never return and will never recommend.
