Everything went great! Receptionist didn’t greet me or asked who the appointment was for. It was kind of awkward. Other then that that stylist was great!

It was my daughter's first haircut (age 3.5) and it would be nice to be asked how long of a piece they wanted me to save, because I would have asked for a piece twice as long (she had a long dangly curl that was longer than everything else and I should have just cut it myself before coming). Other than that, it was great! Such a fun environment and great staff.

Mikayla at the lehi location was amazing! My son has a hard time with haircuts and she was quick to get it done with great looking results. She was super understanding of our situation and got down to business. Wasn’t faded at all by the screaming and crying and moving around. Would recommend her to anyone!

The haircut was very uneven and choppy. I had to return and ask another stylist to fix it. She was very kind and addressed the issues. Overall it is not a great haircut but she made it look better
