We have been coming to Cookie Cutters for years, and moved away and just moved back and the service is always amazing. They do a great job and are all excellent with kids. I would prepare your child by talking to them about the haircut to make it a smoother transition for kids that might be nervous. They get to pick what car to sit in (pink one too) and they get a "blanket" or a robe around them to catch any hairs from getting on them. Then they get to watch show, or play with a toy while they cut their hair! After they get a sucker and a balloon! I recommend making your appointment online to save time because they are usually always full and walk-ins are rare. All their stylists do an amazing job!

Sometimes the front area where the kids play has quite a bit of hair. It will for sure get some but perhaps a sweep or vacuum real quick would be nice for the little kiddos who often have their sticky hands on the floor. Love how the kids get a sucker and balloon. Love the choices of seats and how many options there are for the kids to watch or play. Also love the playset in front for them to get wiggles our before their haircut. Love it.

I felt like my son's stylist was a little frustrated with his inability to sit still (Zak is 20 months old). She wasn't rude or anything, but the stylist that cut Zak's hair last time was a lot friendlier. I was pleased with his haircut though.

I realize we had 3 kids with appointments on a Saturday, but we had a very long wait before our first child was seen. It seemed a bit overbooked, but the stylists did a good job with the haircuts.

Didn't get a hair cut until half an hour after our appointment time which doesn't do well with a 1.5 year old. But the girl did a good job.

The hair cuts for both my kids were great, it was the customer service experience from the girl who cut my kids hair that was horrible. The lady cutting my kids hair was not friendly at all! I don't know how she got a job working with kids because she seemed to care less about anything around her or had no personality in answering questions I had. I gave her a $5 tip when I made my payment and she didn't even say thanks or have a good day. I can get a kids hair cut anywhere, so why would I choose to come back when the customer service was beyond poor? I went to the Lehi, Utah location today at 11:30am and my two kids Jasmine Chapman, and Roxy Chapman were the ones who got their hair cut.
