We went Lehi Location and as soon as we walked in, the staffs were looked unhappy and felt like unwelcome to the guests. I also brought a pre-paid card a day ago and never received an e-mail for picked up ready. So I called the salon then they said they will call me back next day but they never did. So I actually went to pick up and got hair cut anyway. While we’re getting haircuts for my kids, I asked if my pre paid card is ready but they had no idea. Anyway,I got the card when I leave but we were unhappy with the poor customer service.

Our second time coming to this location after spending a couple years trying to find less expensive places to cut my son’s hair correctly. They did a great job as my son had some scars from birth and they kept them covered well and worked with his crazy hairline! I loved it! Nice a staff and great environment for my toddler to be entertained by the play slide and vehicle chairs while I could focus on brothers haircut! We will keep coming back!

Both our boys are on the spectrum and it’s hit or miss how they are with their haircuts. That being said, Annette is absolutely amazing with our youngest son, and the other woman who had our oldest was great as well. Although the girl at the front desk has a severe attitude she by an accident skipped us and had Annette with someone else even though we were right after because we had back to back appointments and instead of admitting her mistake and just moving along, she tried telling us she didn’t skip us and we sat there for 20 minutes after our appointment time because they took someone else. Not even truly that big of a deal if she could’ve just admitted it and taken her attitude out of the situation.

Annett was amazing! I felt like she took her time and really cared. Usually I think you’re over priced but she was well worth the money today. VERY happy about my service today! :) she deserves a raise!

Annette was awesome! She was so sweet with my 2-year-old son, kept him comfortable and happy, and asked me lots of questions to make sure his hair turned out how we wanted. I haven't loved all the stylists we've met with at this location, but in the future I think I'd request her specifically to ensure we have a positive experience.
