Love the hair stylists, kids love this place. I wish it were cleaner, especially near the waiting area.

Both hairstylists did an excellent job cutting both of my children's hair. The video game system on the wall was not working:( The staff seamed tired and rushed. Usually the hairstylist asks the child what they want to watch or if they want to play a game. They didn't really interact with the children like they have in the past.

Weston is the best, a true artist and great at customer service! However, I often feel he (and co owner Stephanie) are the only ones who value my business. Unless I'm talking with one of them directly, in person or on the phone, there is haggling over scheduling. Credits/points for visits need to be on a system so they don't get lost between salons/visits. Also discounts for rescheduling often get lost, even when the salon is the one who calls me to reschedule and/or switch salons. Maybe a more professional receptionist of some kind would be beneficial for everyone, including loyal clients who have to fight through a bit of the confusion. Although it's worth it, always 😊
