We made an appointment in advance and when I did the girl couldn't find my son's file from him being there before. So then we didn't have the notes to what the girl did last time to know what I wanted done this time. Once we arrived for our appointment it was a mad house! It was completely slam packed with kids running everywhere! And then we had to wait almost 20 minutes after our appointment time to get back. Then the girl that cut his hair just kept staring at me like I was stupid. Which I was because I had no clue how to tell her to cut his hair. I don't know the hair terminology and you guys couldn't find our previous record. And then she just kept cutting and cutting and cutting. It's too short now and we have family pictures next week and he has awful hair! Plus some other hair stylist took back a kid after us and was finished before us. And he got the hair cut I wanted! So 45 minutes later, we were late for our next appointment and we have an awful haircut.

I have 4 kids that I take in and haven't had a haircut I don't like from cookie cutters in Lehi. Each staff member that I have worked with had been kind and listens to me. They answer all my questions and are excellent with kids. I am astounded that they can cut hair that well on a kid who is moving all over!

I love takingy son to Cookie Cutters because they are so great with.! This last experience however as not pleasant. The stylist missed and buzzed his ear on accident and it bled. Twice. Because my son is only two, he was very scared and didn't want to finish the haircut. The stylist was impatient and annoyed by his negative response. She did not apologize for her mistake nor do anything to try and reassure my toddler. I was disappointed. I will be back but will request a different stylist.

I set up my appointment over the website and time I chose and was sent a e-mail confirming wasn't what they had in their computer. They did handle it well though. The lady who cut my sons hair didn't look at the photo I showed her and told me that she is used to cutting the same style and didn't look at the photo.

Love this place! I've taken my kids to other hairdressers and it has always been a distaster. Cookie Cutters are amazing at being able to give my kids awesome haircuts even when they are constantly wiggling in their chair. My 3yr old son is always asking if we can go and get his haircut!
