The wait time was RIDICULOUS! I had an appy at 12:15 and wasn't called back until 1 hour later!!!

In the past, when I've scheduled multiple children at one time, they've each gone to different hair technicians and have been cared for at about the same time. This was what I expected when the technician said there was no problem scheduling all three of them. Instead, in turned out they were all scheduled to go back to back to one hair technician. So while I hoped to be there for about 30-40 minutes, we were there for over an hour. It would be very helpful if the person scheduling the haircuts was very clear about that expectation. Also, I got the sense that the hair technician wasn't terrible concerned about me being satisfied with the cuts my kids got. She seemed to be giving the "get 'em through quickly and hopefully they won't complain" kind of service. I left feeling a little bummed. I guess in the future, if we return, we should aim for Weston or Stephanie.

Cookie cutters is amazing! Wes is the best stylist and REALLY knows how to give a truly awesome haircut for both boys and girls. He can even cut my toddler's hair in such a way that it will airdry perfectly! So helpful when you have kids who won't let you style their hair!

We are loyal customers to cookie cutters. Unfortunately, our experience this time was not the quality and pleasant experience we have come to expect. We had to wait over 40 minutes, even though we arrived a few minutes early for our scheduled appointment. At the same time, others who walked in for an appointment were served immediately. In addition, the place was chaotic, with kids running around, even in the salon area and it was a mess. I would suggest that if you have a full schedule and are training a new stylist, you don't take walk-ins and give priority to your loyal customers. My son was assigned to the new stylist. She had been receiving constant supervision and help on the 2 haircuts before him. When it was his turn, no help was given and I had to ask her to fix several problems more than once. She still received no help or supervision. I didn't understand why so much attention was shown to other customers and my kids were not given that same level of care, even though we are regular customers. We will come back, hoping that this time was a fluke, but if this becomes the norm, we will go somewhere else.

I love the concept of Cookie Cutters but every time we go I cringe because of how dirty it is. I still come but I feel like it really needs to be cleaned up. I drench my kids with hand sanitizer when we leave because it is so dirty!
