Awful experience. My kids were calm and willing to get a hair cut and were treated like they were crying or screaming. Stylist didn’t talk to me at all.. looked annoyed. She was also the manager… my son got hair in his eye and she kept cutting knowing he got hair in his eye. I understand it’s a kid cutting place but they can be at least nice. Looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. Wont be recommending this place to anyone.

Very disappointed. Was supposed to get my son’s haircut on Wednesday but the lady had to reschedule due to a family issue. So the next morning we show up and wait about 4 minutes so I ask the lady that was working if she was cutting my sons hair and she said no, the lady doing it ran to the bank. So she offered to cut his hair. Suuuuuper frustrated. Don’t go to the bank when you know you have someone coming in!! Super un professional. This was my second time at the Lehi location & my first time was very disappointing as well. Definitely will never go back here and will tell people to stay away from it!! Plus it’s so messy and full of hair. My son left just covered in it!!! Disgusting.

The general manager was very rough when handling my 20 month old. I get that it was busy and they checked my child in under the wrong name so it was just a mess to begin with. So she thought he was older when obviously he was not. And I did check in with the general manager Alexis so she should’ve known. Overall it was chaotic and my son has had 6 other haircuts at the location in St. George and has never cried because Amanda down there was gentle and kind. This time he was in tears the entire time because Alexis kept shoving his head. Will not be going back to the lehi location.

My son’s hair looked terrible! We gave them a picture of my son when he had his haircut done prior, and they butchered it! It’s not straight, it looks nothing like we asked for, and their “fix” left him with still terrible looking hair and almost no hair for a decent stylist to work with if we tried to take him elsewhere.
