Front desk receptionists/managers were not friendly. For a kid's place, they did not have patience for me being there with my two small children. Chairs for kids to sit in were filthy and covered in hair.

I made an appointment and then had to wait a half hour while people who walked in went before me. Why even make an appointment? Also, one girl was mad and kind of rough with my son and the other who did my younger son didn't seem confident or know what she was doing. My younger sons hair didn't look they way I told her at all and even he said that it wasn't good... I've been here many times but I doubt I will be back.

Awful experience. My kids were calm and willing to get a hair cut and were treated like they were crying or screaming. Stylist didn’t talk to me at all.. looked annoyed. She was also the manager… my son got hair in his eye and she kept cutting knowing he got hair in his eye. I understand it’s a kid cutting place but they can be at least nice. Looked like they didn’t want to be there at all. Wont be recommending this place to anyone. Took both of my kids regretting the visit.

I've been bringing my son to the Lehi location since he was very little. Alexis was our stylist yesterday. She was curt with me and my son from the start. She "shushed" him several times while he was talking to me. And became very annoyed when he moved at all. I was very unsatified with the way I and my child were treated. If she doesn't have the patience to work with children she should work in an adult salon!
