My kids LOVE cookie cutters! I don’t love there regular prices. But if you get the 5 for $60 it’s not too bad. They were super awesome and helpful today when my husband accidentally forgot to use our cookie cutter card. They were so nice and canceled the credit transactionn and let us use one of our cuts we had already paid for.

Both our boys are on the spectrum and it’s hit or miss how they are with their haircuts. That being said, Annette is absolutely amazing with our youngest son, and the other woman who had our oldest was great as well. Although the girl at the front desk has a severe attitude she by an accident skipped us and had Annette with someone else even though we were right after because we had back to back appointments and instead of admitting her mistake and just moving along, she tried telling us she didn’t skip us and we sat there for 20 minutes after our appointment time because they took someone else. Not even truly that big of a deal if she could’ve just admitted it and taken her attitude out of the situation.

The facility has gone down hill. They over book appointments and the cleanliness of the location isn't like it used to be. Hair is everywhere and the floors are really gross. Looks like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time I miss the stylist telling me what she thinks would look good or how functional and styling tips.

My kids loved it! The TV and chairs made it super easy for them to sit still. I asked for a hair cut and shampoo online but none of my kids received the hair wash, which I'm okay with, I just thought it odd that they didn't bring it up or do it.

It was freezing in the studio. We made 2 appointments but waited for 2 other kids before they were ready for my 2. We were still finished 45min after our original appointment time. Great cuts. My kids love this place. My daughter tried to play minecraft but couldn't get it to work but my son played lego star wars and loved it.
