Weston is the best, a true artist and great at customer service! However, I often feel he (and co owner Stephanie) are the only ones who value my business. Unless I'm talking with one of them directly, in person or on the phone, there is haggling over scheduling. Credits/points for visits need to be on a system so they don't get lost between salons/visits. Also discounts for rescheduling often get lost, even when the salon is the one who calls me to reschedule and/or switch salons. Maybe a more professional receptionist of some kind would be beneficial for everyone, including loyal clients who have to fight through a bit of the confusion. Although it's worth it, always 😊
