we scheduled ahead of time to ensure there was time for what we wanted done. Arrived on time but waited quite a while. Also, we did not receive the service that we scheduled because the person cutting didn't look at what had been requested. When I asked about it I was told it was because we did not tell her. I expect that when I schedule an appointment for specific services that it is noted and known at the time of service, not that I or my kid didn't tell them. I have always loved cooke cutters but was really disappointed this time.

I have had such great haircuts for my kids for several years at Cookie Cutters. However, haircuts the week of school starting completely changed our experience. Stressed stylists, too much chaos, not enough vehicles for little kids to sit in (disappointment and sadness for the little ones), not enough tv's so kids don't choose their own shows, receptionists that aren't in tuned to hand out lolly's and balloons...even though we had the first appointments of the day. Even my stylists didn't communicate well with me, and one of my boys got their hair cut much shorter than I wanted... it was a rough morning for us and it has usually been such a good one for us.

Haircut was okay....i had to do some touch ups when we got home but mostly I noticed that no one seemed very friendly at all. No one really spoke to us at all ..... they all seemedlike they didnt want to be there and didnt realky say so much as a hi when we came in. That was really disappointing...especially when the place is geared towards kids. We've come here for years but I'm thinking we may be done. I can get cheaper cuts with happier/better service pretty much anywhere.

Had to wait over 30 mins even though we had an appointment and the place is always dirty with hair everywhere like it has never truly beeen cleaned! But they always do a good job!

They did not treat us too well, I really used to love to come and get my son's hair cut here, but the personal seems very stress and not very happy or friendly. I had the appointment at 2:45 and called I was going to be 5 minutes late and the person answering was little understanding... I know there are other people with appointments but when we got there, only one person was there and my son's hair cut took about 15 minutes or less... I hope things get like they used to, friendly and professional, I did not like the person that cut his hair she was mad looking the hole time, and I think my son did exceptional, apparently she though he didn't. I take him to cookie cutters because they know how to cut kids hair and the person cutting my son's hair expected him to be still like an adult.
