There was a small play area with toys which was nice, but a bit hairy... The employees were very kind and great with my child. They were able to give a lot of attention and care. The lollipop and balloon were a special touch to end the haircut. We bought the "Baby's First Haircut" Package and it was a nice idea but the photo quality is pretty bad. I could have (and did) take better photos on my phone - it wasn't that the hairdresser did a poor job taking a picture, I think it was a combination of my child having light hair and then being photographed from kind of far away, bad lighting, mirrors, and the print quality was fuzzy. If you're going to offer that service as a package deal I feel it should be excellent! But overall pleased with how the appointment went and how my child's hair turned out.

I am not sure how this works-I had an appointment but was asked to wait because Colleen was backed up even those the 2 other hairdressers had nothing to do. Does an appointment take prescidence over someone who walks in off the street

Not the friendliest staff, which was disappointing because this is a place for children.

I am not sure I understand the online booking. It appears that people that walk in without an appointment are given the same preferences as those with an appointment.

Appointments seem to always run late, clippers are dull and pulls hair instead of cuts, would be nice to have fun seats for the older kids (5&up). Stylists are nice, area is clean, price is right.
