My only issue was that my daughter was offered a lollipop without asking me first. We don't allow her to have artificial dyes. She also has food allergies and is used to being restricted with some foods. So luckily it wasn't an issue when I told her no lollipop. But, I think it's important to ask parents before getting a kid excited for something they can't have.

The ladies who worked with us were very friendly and the cut on my daughter was perfect. I would say my only complaint is cleanliness. The chairs/cars were all covered in hair clippings from previous clients and the play area was also covered in clippings. My son didn't even get a cut and he was only on the play area and was covered in hair after our visit. I had to strip them both when we got home. I understand some hair, it is a salon after all, but there were clumps I could pick up. A little wipe down with a damp rag for the playset would work wonders and at least use a hairdryer to blow off the cars and sweep. We were the only ones in the entire place and no cleaning was even being attempted.

Colleen was super nice and good with handling a one yr old scared of clippers.

Our stylist was very nice and did a good job! We signed up for the first haircut package though and she forgot. Salon was clean.
