There was a small play area with toys which was nice, but a bit hairy... The employees were very kind and great with my child. They were able to give a lot of attention and care. The lollipop and balloon were a special touch to end the haircut. We bought the "Baby's First Haircut" Package and it was a nice idea but the photo quality is pretty bad. I could have (and did) take better photos on my phone - it wasn't that the hairdresser did a poor job taking a picture, I think it was a combination of my child having light hair and then being photographed from kind of far away, bad lighting, mirrors, and the print quality was fuzzy. If you're going to offer that service as a package deal I feel it should be excellent! But overall pleased with how the appointment went and how my child's hair turned out.

Our stylist was very nice and did a good job! We signed up for the first haircut package though and she forgot. Salon was clean.

The ladies who worked with us were very friendly and the cut on my daughter was perfect. I would say my only complaint is cleanliness. The chairs/cars were all covered in hair clippings from previous clients and the play area was also covered in clippings. My son didn't even get a cut and he was only on the play area and was covered in hair after our visit. I had to strip them both when we got home. I understand some hair, it is a salon after all, but there were clumps I could pick up. A little wipe down with a damp rag for the playset would work wonders and at least use a hairdryer to blow off the cars and sweep. We were the only ones in the entire place and no cleaning was even being attempted.
