We had a 2:30pm appointment for my two sons. We arrived at 2:05pm and checked in. We waited for 40 minutes while they took later appointments and walk-ins ahead of us. I even heard one of the people say they were early for their 2:45pm appointment. When I complained the girl at the register told me we were being helped now... Then the stylist was unfriendly because I was upset. Not how I would expect to be treated. Very upsetting and unprofessional. I come to a kids haircut establishment because they are normally understanding that you don't want to keep a toddler and 1 year old waiting for 40 minutes. After I brought the error to their attention, the staff was unapologetic and rude. I'm sure other parents will empathize and find this information helpful.
