Booking appts on your mobile web is pretty difficult soecially to make more than one appointment, too many steps and time consuming.

At first, I was very happy and please note, his hair was wet. So it didn’t look as bad. I was so consumed with the thought of cutting my sons hair for the very first time that I did not bother to look closely at his cut. For starters, his cut was the complete opposite of what I had asked for. She went shorter than I had requested now forcing me to put hair products in my child’s hair virgin hair so that he looks presentable and half of his head looks one way and the other a different way. I’m saddened to say that I highly regret taking my son there and I regret giving the stylist (Megan) the $10 tip she was given. You definitely get what you pay for here. Now I’m having to take him to a real professional to cut his hair correctly. I wouldn’t recommend this place or at the very least, the stylist I was given. Only good thing I can say is that the staff is very nice and the concept is great. My son was very comfortable.

You can see that his bangs AND sideburns are completely uneven!! Not to mention she just gave up and quit in the middle of the haircut! Exact words, "I'm just not comfortable anymore". Its because she messed it up so mad she couldnt fix it. Hes 2. Yes he is a LITTLE wiggly but probably the best sitting 2yr old u will meet also. We shouldn't have even been charged. Ive gone there for every haircut hes had and usually w the same hair cutter but she left so we got her. Worst experience ive ever had. She was so rude. I can't believe she ever got hired. I dont know if we will go back now. She ruined it. It was that bad.
