Ashley is a great stylist and super patient with kiddos. She is friendly and does a great job! The kids love the fun chairs and play area. The balloon and lollipop is icing on the cake. The products they sell are great too!

We had two experiences on this haircut - both great but my son's hair is super curly and so when it's cut it sometimes ends up pretty wonky! So when we got home and realized that it wasn't perfect, we called and they were able to see us again and get him all fixed up! Really appreciate it!

Price is a little expensive for a kids cut. Also I have issues with the loyalty program everytime. I signed up on my phone and everytime I go in they say I'm not part of it. I show them my phone everytime showing I have a loyalty number and then they say they will attach it my kids every time. Well this is the 4th haircut they've had and still havent recieved points. Very disappointed.

I was very impressed with my entire experience using your company from the easy-to-use website for booking to the fantastic customer service we received. We were immediately greeted, and my daughter was allowed to roam and explore while the stylist and I discussed our needs. Once it was time for my daughter's cut, I was blown away by the amenities included with the price and the communication of hair care given to me as a parent. I posted a picture of Aurora in the middle of her cut and shared it on Facebook as my story, referring my friends to your store. See you for our next cut!
