We got great haircuts. I felt as though they could have spoken nicer to my kids. And maybe don't describe their hair as "bad" because it's curly. The employees can maybe take some classes on how to speak to a child and not bark orders at them.

Overall, we always have a great experience here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The only thing that is a little off, is how sometimes kids are playing in the waiting area unsupervised and create an uncomfortable space for my son to wait and play.
