The clothing of the employees seems unprofessional. Have you considered a matching polo shirt with logo and jeans or khakis? The ladies wearing very casual, unkept clothing doesn't add anything to the environment. It's awkward when the stylist that served your child asks if you'll add gratuity, again, no discretion involved there. In some ways, I'm disappointed that I bought the punch card because I'd like to see my investment through but I'm not satisfied with the cuts. I've had to go back each time and get it fixed. This is a lot of effort. I'm equally concerned about the lack of unprofessionalism of these gals.

I love the entire experience at Cookie Cutters. My son actually likes haircuts now!! They listen and help achieve the look he likes while always making sure I'm happy with the results too. I like having the same person cut his hair and mine too. I only wish the parent cut cost a little less or could be in a package deal.

Ms April is amazing! She listens to what we want and has good insights that will look good. We only come here for haircuts.
