They shaved down my son's hair to the scalp when asked for a fade and then said my husband didn't have an appointment. This is the worst experience from here I've ever had. Will not be returning.

The stylist that cut my sons hair was kind my problem was with the other stylist there. I arrived 10 minutes late to my original appointment and at check in I said we are 10 minutes late I’m not sure if you would still be able to see us. She said she could get us in at 12:20 or 12:40 if that would work and I said we would do the 12:20. We returned at 12:15 and she said they would be with us shortly. My son did play on the playground equipment but after waiting 25 minutes he was getting restless and when it came time to get his hair cut it was a disaster because of the wait. If the wait would have been due to other kids getting their hair cut that is one thing but the stylist that told me to return for this appointment time was finished with her client 5- 10 minutes after we arrived and she didn’t address any more after we first walked in and she said hello we will be right with you. About 15 minutes later the other stylist finished her client and was cleaning up her station while the other one was in the back she told us she would be right back and went back and asked the other lady who was doing the hair cut? She said I got a phone call and have other things to do I’m not doing it. So the lady hurried up and got my son seated and started to get his haircut but it was a disaster because after waiting so long he was done. I didn’t get names so I apologize for not specifying which stylist was who but even though I was late and missed my original appointment the service we received coming back was terrible. I will no longer be a returning customer. I have been coming here since my oldest son who is 14 was little and when I had my second son i knew this was where I wanted to bring him but I will not any more. I will let all of my family and friends know about this service and where not to go.

I was very unhappy with the attitude of the stylist. She seemed rushed, didn’t let me sit with my son for hair cut, which made him scream and cry the entire time. She also did not allow me to change my child’s diaper, who on the car ride decided to poop. She told me “well he can just sit in it” We will NOT be returning. I will also be informing my friends and family and others on social media. I am so disappointed. I should have walked out and took my business and money elsewhere. Somewhere that a PROFESSIONAL stylist would care for my child.

Both of my kids got cut during hair cute today and neither one was moving. No conversation at all during hair cuts

We have gone to cookie cutters in Pickerington for 2.5 yr and always had Leah. Although her tact and friendliness is never a priority I have been happy with the cut she gives my son. Today my daughter had her first cut although she is older and the experience was not great. I bring pictures, have an idea and am very specific(one of those moms) my daughters bangs and back of hair was choppy and short (one thing I said before starting is no matter what don’t cut the bangs short) girls that have bangs and had them butchered know the persistency and effects of poorly cut bangs... at least for awhile ha Leah was defensive and blamed me previously cutting her hair in past (which I joked but my daughter had very long hair to mold and shape) on reason it was choppy. (Looked same as when I cut) not smooth lines, more less a bowl cut. Listening to clients and what their needs may be is important. It’s not how much she cut as how she cut. The other stylist fixed her hair so it wasn’t a blunt straight cut since Leah was not willing to touch her hair after (I told her not to cut it shorter at that point but to fix edges) I paid, still tipped because I do feel showing grace is best but am having a hard time when someone isn’t apologetic or willing to listen before cutting on someone’s hair. It’s a lot of money to spend for the results. I always thought it’s more for atmosphere but when they are older it’s probably better to go to a professional stylist at a actual salon.
