My daughter's hair was cut crooked. It was so obvious. I did not alert the stylist, if you can even call her that, because I feared she would only make it worse. I also requested an angled cut, instead she received a straight cut that was crooked in the back. I left and took her to a REAL SALON with trained and qualified stylists. Paid double to have her hair fixed. Ridiculous. This place should be shutdown. I will never return and will be sure to advise all of my friends and family the same.

My mother took my daughter to get her hair cut. I made the appointment online, when my mom arrived with my children she was rudely told that she had the wrong appointment and they would have to wait. They had to wait over 25 minutes when they arrived on time. I sent the confirmation of the email times to my mother so she could show them and they said they knew but they were running late. So they lied to my mother and treated her poorly and it was their fault. The stylist who was going to cut my daughter's hair then treated my mom and daughter so poorly then my mother texted me to say how upset she was. I wrote out directions of how I wanted my daughter's hair cut and the stylist told my mom that she didn't know what that meant and proceeded to roll her eyes at my mom. My daughter who is 4 came home and said that the woman was mean to her and then she kept pushing her head down and yelling at her to hold still. I'm not stupid, I know my child probably moved but this woman should have way more patience than what she showed. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this location ever and I will be sharing this experience with others.

The lady at the front was rude, she did not greet. The hair cutter looked like she hates her job and made my son look like he is bald. She gave him the worst hair cut. They were rude to my other toddler who just came with me while I was helping my son who was getting his hair cut.

Unfortunately the salon was extremely busy. We were supposed to have our normal beautician but she took a walk-in 5 minutes before our appointment. The replacement beautician was very rude. Our son was somewhat scared, but the beautician didn’t even try to make him feel comfortable at all. Unless we have Ansley again we won’t be back.

My daughter’s haircut didn’t start until one whole hour after her appointment time. There was a child getting his haircut before her, and the stylist took almost a full hour to do a 5 year old boys haircut. Seems excessive and obviously let to them getting so far behind. As an adult I don’t want to wait around that long for a haircut, let alone impatient children - and this place is specifically for children! I should have left when I saw how slow the stylist was with the boy before us. Also, the playground equipment was covered in hair trimmings, and I saw a child sneeze on the steering wheel of one of the chairs and it was not disinfected afterwards. Just gross and dirty. Honestly it was a horrible experience, I’ll never come back and I’ll never recommend to others either.

Bridgett attempted to shame my child by telling her "you are 4 years old you shouldn't be afraid of a blow dryer". This was my first experience at Cookie Cutters. Because of Bridgett we will not be coming back to that location.
