Very bad experience. no professionalism. Stylist don't have patience to understand requirement of the customer. Being on time was mad to wait 40 minutes because they got a customer's sibling as added customer, they decided on spot to cut hair and my time of appointment was given to other customer without my permission. Stylist ruined my son's hairstyle and when I was giving instruction, she had problems even listening to it. Stylist had issues because she spent more than 15min on my son's haircut. Overall, a very bad experience. I am not going to this place again.

Very disappointed by the service we received today. The stylist cut my son’s hair shorter then we asked and when we told her that we were disappointed, she told us that it was our fault. Very disappointed by the service, especially after the prices increased. I would hope that if you’re going to increase the prices, that the service would increase as well.

Hello owner/management, Been going to this location for 4 years now and not happy with the service that I got from stylists Worst experience ever ever that I have got from Cookie Cutters Northville location, Specially, from Ciara and Trish stylist, After you let the stylist know please don’t cut More then 1 inch off, Next thing they F**** up and cut off over 4 inches and ask other stylist I can’t figure this out I messed up can you please help me, Please don’t not email back thank you Remove me from Cookie cutters systeem

I took my daughter her to get her first haircut with Tammie because she had good reviews. What a terrible experience. It was chaotic and rushed. All the other stylists took their time and the parents stood next to their children. Tammie barked at me to stand away and rushed us out the door. She did a total hack job to my daughter’s hair that I had to fix when we got home. On top of that, the person at the desk asked me to checkout while my daughter was still getting her haircut. I reluctantly said ok because I didn’t know better. I come back and Tammie had put a 90s braid and bow in my kid’s hair and was done. No questions on if we were happy with her work, she was just happy to get my daughter out of her chair. The whole thing took 15 minutes and I didn’t know what to say in the moment I was so stunned. Will never return.

Our appointment was at 12:45. We weren’t seen for 30 minutes after that. We asked for an inch off and she buzzed it…

Was 4 minutes late due to power outage in area and traffic due to lights being out. Had to wait at least 5 minutes to even check in (receptionist was on the phone). Finally was told by Trish that we were now too late for our appointment and would need to be considered a walk-in. If this is truly the policy (I wasn’t able to find it in writing anywhere), that wouldn’t be a problem. However, Trish was EXTREMELY rude about it. We have been coming here for at least 6 years but will not be back ever. The hair cut is pricy and we never really get a great heart cut. The treatment by Trish was downright wrong and the last straw. We’ve had several run ins with her before in the years we’ve been there and have felt very uncomfortable with her behavior. It’s really unfortunate because most of the people that work here are nice enough and provide a pretty good service. Trish ruined it.
