We arrived 30 minutes early and had to wait and 1 1/2 for my grandson to get his haircut! I counted 8 children that came in after we did and had their haircut and left before we were seen. I finally went up to the front desk and asked them when we our turn was and they finally, 15 minutes later, were able to get his hair cut. They did take $5 off but off but do you have any idea how hard it is to keep a 4 and 5 year old entertained for almost 2 hours? Seriously, it was ridiculous! Did even get an apology from them. So over that place, it was our first and last time going there!!!
