My car was towed and I was told someone at the salon called in my car. I parked in a space that they said was reserved but the writing was faded and I did not see the reserved writing. I parked right next to the salon parking sign so I assumed it was for the entire row. No one in the salon offered to help me with a ride or Uber. My husband was at work and mom watching my kids so I had to pay extra, on top of the enormous towing fee, for a ride. I can’t believe someone at the salon called me in and then no one even tried to help. A terrible experience and extremely unprofessional.

The experience with Son was very unpleasant. I don’t mind barbers who aren’t talkative, but he had a very bad vibe. The haircut was okay

hair was cut too high on the sides. eyebrows shaved off. and hair was unevenly cut. my hair was cut assuming that i combed my hair to one side, which i dont. therefore when my hair is in a natural state, it looks uneven. never assume someone combs his hair to one side of the other

I went for color consulting and the girl wasn't empathic, she almost laugh on my face when I entered the Salon.

Nice staff but it doesn’t make up for the lack of quality service. The haircut I received had no style and the stylist lacked the technique, know how, and vision I needed in a hair stylist. I know Denver is not the style capital of the world but my haircut is nothing short of homely looking. He spent literally 5 mins cutting my hair and 35 mins blow drying the crap out of it. I have thick hair and the good stylists I’ve been to back east spent at least a good 20 minutes weed whacking it. I’m not paying for a blow dry. It doesn’t seem like he even knows how to use a roller brush as my hair flipped up at the ends when he was finished. It looked like someone cut my haircut using a bowl and flipped it up like a cartoon character. The salon had good reviews but they are definitely not for Asian hair. The cut just looked absolutely horrendous but not for the lack of trying on the stylist’s part.

The salon was recommended to me by a friend. I brought my teenage daughter for a cut and left with a “blunt” cut. It was recommended by the stylist that my daughter not get any layers but that she would “even/thin” out the hair. I took her at her word and to my dismay her hair looks terrible. I spent over $40 for a cut I could have gotten at super cuts.
