Very nice but young stylist left my hair very flat and dull looking not at all the look I was going for I felt with the flat hairdo I looked better going in than coming out lol oh well I’ll be looking for another salon to try. Too bad as it was so close to myhouse!

Hair was cut way shorter than what was asked for. Supposed to receive a shampoo with my cut but didn't receive it. So it was $20 for just a haircut. Ridiculous

Jessica was my stylist and she is a very nice lady, but she does not give a consistently good hair cut. The color is fine and so is the shampooing, but my haircuts have been up and down over the last year. After getting home and working with my hair, I realized that she had cut one side of my head shorter than the other. This is not the first time that this has happened. I have spoken to her several times about my poor hair cuts and she improves for a while, but then seems to slip back to not paying attention. Not sure whether I want to continue with Jessica.

I really like the haircut I get there, but at $50+ a shot, I am considering looking elsewhere.

There was no one at the desk when I came in. I arrived about 10 min. early and waited until about 10 min. after my scheduled apt. before anyone even acknowledged I was in the building with the exception of the man saying hi to me. But he didn't ask who I was waiting on or anything. I also think your prices are very high compared to other salons. I love coming there for my cuts but will not pay $49 plus tip every time I need a cut. Maybe every third time or so but not every cut. I came today because I had a $20 off coupon. Lower your prices some and I will be there every cut.

The new nail tech is very nice but inexperienced. She did not even attempt a foot massage which is the best part of the service and at these prices should be included with every pedicure. She used too much polish on the toe nails and had to remove polish and repeat the process twice to get it right on several toes. What usually takes less than an hour, took 90 minutes. As with any new job, she needs time to learn and efficiently give the customer the best pedicure.
