Called early to ask for price on bang trimming and edging around ears & neck ONLY. I was quoted less than $8. Not only was my son's cut was shorter than explained a few times, but was going to be charged for a full haircut. She explained that since the trimming went all around, it was a full cut. Even though it's not what I asked. Being an adult I paid for the $8 price as she knew she was wrong. My 2 y/o will have his hair back in 2 to 3 weeks and I will take him to a professional who will at least listen to the parent's request his cut is OK but it's not what I asked for more than once. I will never go back or refer anyone to that place. The place is ok and AC was not as cool as it should have been in the 95 deg. temp we had today. Overall not a happy or returning customer.

For my baby's first haircut, I was a bit nervous! Especially since she has these delicate curls, I had heard horror stories of ringlets being chopped off and never coming back. But the kind stylists at Cookie Cutters assured me they would just even them out, and they did! Exactly what I was hoping for, and all the entertainment options meant my normally antsy two-year-old sat perfectly still the entire time. And the photo, certificate, and lock of hair are too cute! Thank you Cookie Cutters, we had a wonderful experience!

Cora had an absolutely FABULOUS time getting her hair trimmed! She can sometimes get a little anxious wanting to keep her hair long, but the staff was amazing at helping her feel at ease right away. They did a super cute little braid in her hair, added some glitter, and she was one happy girl. Thank you Cookie Cutters, we will be back!

Payton loved this place, she loved the special cars you can sit in and her hairdresser was so fun and sweet. She loved everything about the experience and we will be going back.

We had a great experience, the hairdresser was amazing and my daughter loved her. She was patient and kind and made her very comfortable. Great overall experience!!

The service provided for ethnic hair was subpar. The stylist seemed as if she wasn’t familiar with the type of hair my daughter had and I was forced to wait for only one stylist to do my daughters hair because of their hair type and took way longer than needed. If your stylist can not cater to black hair please make that known before allowing them to waste their money in your establishment. The overall environment is nice and friendly but my kids walked out looking like they had just gotten out of bed
