The service I received was terrible the haircut was incomplete. My child was fussy during the service and the technician very disrespectfully and rudely asked if my son was in the spectrum? Meaning is he autistic. Offended is the least to say I was because he was just crying during the haircut. Even if he was from my understanding this company services specifically small children so I assume they would be educated and taught on how to handle fussy children, autistic children etc. I previously would go to a cookie cutter in Austin,tx and did not have the same service experience. Very sad.

Staff was not friendly and seemed irritated when my son didn’t want to sit still. I also asked that my sons hair be kept at a long length, the stylist assured me she was familiar with curly hair. She completely butchered my sons curls. We will never return to this establishment again.

My son is autistic and has had two wonderful experience here where we were treated kindly. I'm sad to say we won't be back anymore. He had an appointment with a different lady this time who treated me really ugly. She kept yelling out for the other woman to check for lice, which I understand is something you obviously want to look for but she didn't have to yell it out like that. The other two times I've never heard them say that. Then she proceeds to tell me he had three eggs while cutting his hair. I immediately took him to a lice clinic to get checked and there was nothing. She just really wanted us to feel bad I guess as I didn't hear her do that to any other kid. Then she butchered his hair. She went way shorter than what I asked and there is long pieces she missed. He looks like Jim Carey in dumb and dumber. I didn't like being treated like we were dirty when we weren't. Both my sons were checked and had nothing. She even called another girl over to show her the lice. It was embarrassing. All to to have him checked and there wasn't any lice! So we were embarrassed while there and we will be embarrassed for awhile until his ugly haircut grows out. I like this place. I gave it 5 stars before but Rose truly ruined it for us and we will never be back.

Worst service I ever had for my kid. She left the hair cut in the middle and asked us to wait for sometime to finish other customer. I said ok and waited 1hr. After a long wait of 1)r she said she had other appointments to finish and told us to book another appointment. This is very bad and I left and won’t come back again.

Our appointment was at 3:30 and we didn't get called until 4 - no apologies or acknowledgment whatsoever. But that's not the reason for the bad review. They had one chair for older kids and my daughter was getting her hair shampooed when the other stylist took the chair for her customer. She must have known my daughter wasn't going to sit in a baby car chair. We waited and waited for her to be done. When we couldn't wait any longer, I agreed to have my 7-year-old daughter sit in a baby car. I wish I'd taken a picture - it was very uncomfortable for her. The other stylist knew that we had been waiting for our stylist to free up and then took the only chair for grown kids. I thought this was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I was furious but didn't say anything because I wanted my daughter to have a good experience. She had been looking forward to her haircut for a while. We have been coming to this place for years. We will not be back.

Personally this is a kids haircut place. So I’m aware that there are some who cry & move during their haircut right?? It’s a natural thing all kids do. I get it can be a lot, but the way the hairstylist handled my son was ridiculous. When my son did either of these the hairstylist rudely said “don’t move” & kept making some smart remarks to my 3yr old child who was just having a bad moment like all humans do. Her tone & face said it all of how annoyed she was. She looked at me & I stated my child’s nonverbal right now, so he won’t be responding back to her remarks. All I got was a “next time make sure you call us because you need a extra amount of time” when he was literally the last haircut of the day to her. We’ve been here a lot of times, & he’s done really good. This was the second time he didn’t do well but never heard the last stylist tell me that or give me crap to make a special phone call just so I could have a decent person cutting my kids hair. If you have nonverbal, sensory, or even on the spectrum kids please note some of these workers don’t give a crap at all. Never have I felt someone think my child was incoherent in my whole life with him. NEVER going back.
